Refund policy

At Davrin, we want you and your little one to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unworn, unused, and unassembled (strollers must not have been driven outdoors).
- In its original packaging with all tags, instructions, and accessories included.
- You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process
To start a return, you can contact us at support@davrin.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid shipping label along with the final confirmation and instructions on how and where to send your package. 

- Return Address: All authorized returns must be sent directly to our business location at: 800 S Jennings St, Fort Worth, TX 76104, United States.
- Return Shipping Cost: We offer free return shipping on all eligible items. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return.
- Restocking Fee: Davrin does not charge any restocking fees on returned items.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues (Inspection)
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@davrin.com or call us at +18173926646 if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for safety and hygienic reasons, including:
- Personal care goods (baby pacifiers, breast pumps, feeding accessories).
- Custom products or personalized items.
- Gift cards.

5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
