1. Shipping Destination
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

2. Shipment Processing Time (Handling Time)
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Rates & Transit Time
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.

- Transit Time: 5 to 8 business days
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6 to 11 business days (Handling Time + Transit Time)

Note: Large items like multi-functional strollers or heavy travel systems may occasionally experience minor delays due to carrier schedules, but we will always keep you updated.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 to 48 hours. You can track your premium gear directly on our website or through the carrier's portal (UPS, FedEx, or DHL).

5. Taxes and Duties
Standard applicable state taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Customers will not face any unexpected customs or import duties upon delivery of their order.

6. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately at support@davrin.com or call us at +18173926646 so we can file a claim with the carrier and ship a replacement to you as quickly as possible.
